Just got home... Oh Yeah it was awesome...totally loved it!!

Okay the story... Randie is invited to a birthday party by one of her little friends that live down the street, a kid she goes to school with, a kid that was also invited to her party but could not go because she was going to see Disney on ice.. Okay, so this kid is having a birthday party. It is being held at her house so Kate (kids mum) puts on the invites..

"Its at our home and there is not a load of space so feel free to drop the kids off and pick them up after"

Okay, that is fine.. not a problem at all! So I tell Kate, I'm afraid Randie will not be going to the party because she is a bit shy and will not go without me.. anyway, Kate says it's fine that I come and not to worry about it etc.. okay problem solved right? I go with Randie and she goes to the party.. okay....

Last week Kate says to me

"I was discussing with my husband and since you were the only parent that had asked to come we thought it would be best that you didn't!!!!! We want it to be a big girl party"

Excuse me??? I could not believe my ears... what a bitch! I told her that is fine... She says "Randie will be just fine" I turn to her in disbelief and say.. "Randie will not be going!" I mean seriously, how dense can you be.. I told her Randie will not go to the party without me! Big girl party... fuck you bitch! There are plenty of 5 year olds out there that still want their mummy to go with them to parties where there are a bunch of other kids etc.. As you can see this really pisses me off. I can go the rest of my life without having to look at her face ever again and have been doing my best to avoid her. I can just see her coming up to me and saying "I hope you didn't take what I said before personally" I sure hope she does so I can respond to her shit by saying....

"Take it personally.... let me think of any possible way not to take that personally and I will get back to you!!!

The Birthday Party!!

Started a new blog and Im a slacker already... lol I just can't seem to find the time or enough hours in the day.. lol As you know Randie is now the big 5 years old and she had a great birthday party.. loads of fun! I promise I will try to blog more starting next week if I have anything to say.. lol The boy you are seeing most in the pics including the last pic is Harry... This is who Randie spent most of her time with at her birthday party.. He kept following her around and taking her hand to go and play etc etc.. lol She had 21 kids at the party, 3 birthday cakes (2 slab cakes for the party) and the horse cake she wanted for home. Here are a few pics.

Slow Cookin......

Yay, I finally got my slow cooker that I have been wanting for ages. Now I can create some one pot wonders in here providing nice hot, healthy meals ;) I will give it a go and see what the food tastes like.. how knows it might even be edible..... lol

Head Teacher Award

Today Randie got the Head Teacher Award at school :) Sooo sweet. On the back of the award is says...

Randie is so fantastic at answering questions when we have a look, listen and learn time that she deserves this award. Brilliant news Randie!!

Aww she also recieved the Head Teacher Award when she was in Nursery as well. So pround of my little hunny!!

Hope you had a great Halloween. November is here and coming up real fast is Randie's 5th birthday!!
It's so hard to believe she will be 5 already... seems like yesterday I was rocking her in my arms. We have booked her party to be at Crazy Crocodiles and sent out the invites to her friends at school. 11 more days and counting!!
